Team Leadership and Expansion: As the size of the data team increased, I assumed the responsibility of leading the Data Analytics and Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) team. This involved cultivating a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Customer Lifecycle Management Strategy: Developed and executed comprehensive Customer Lifecycle Management strategies for both SaaS and E-Commerce platforms. These strategies aimed at enhancing user experiences and optimizing customer retention rates.

CLM Campaign Design and Monitoring: Executed CLM campaigns with a focus on design and performance monitoring. Utilized lifecycle management tools such as Clevertap to ensure targeted and effective campaigns, resulting in improved customer engagement.

Predictive Analytics Implementation: Implemented predictive analytics models across SaaS and E-Commerce systems, leveraging data insights to enhance overall system efficiency and support informed decision-making.
